The Washington Times reported on Monday that two veteran IRS agents, Gary Shapley and a man designated as “Mr. X,” have testified before Congress regarding their investigations into Hunter Biden’s numerous alleged tax violations.
According to the Times, Biden’s accountants were once so skeptical of their client’s honesty that they required him to sign a letter attesting to the veracity of his reported income and deductions.
Mr. X told the House Ways and Means Committee, “I’ve never seen that in my career,”
Agents have been kept occupied by the scope of Biden’s deception. Shapley and Mr. X testified under oath that they have spent years investigating the president’s son.
The Times article included excerpts from the agents’ testimony, including information about payments to prostitutes that Biden deducted as business expenditures.
“Some ended up being his girlfriends. So they all kind of morphed and changed. So I want to be accurate in how I represent them. But there were a lot of females that I believe he was having sexual relationships with that I ended up interviewing,” Mr. X said.
Shapley and Mr. X testified that they interviewed a total of sixty witnesses, including a sex club proprietor who affirmed that Biden paid him $10,000, which Biden subsequently deducted as a golf-club membership.
Mr. X examined Biden’s tax returns for the years 2014-2019 and testified that in each instance Biden should have been charged with various tax-related offenses. In 2014 and 2018, according to him, these offenses should have resulted in felony charges.
The agents also had access to Biden’s now-infamous laptop and the WhatsApp message that was made public last week, in which he threatened his Chinese business associates, demanded payment, and informed them that his father was present.
Dean Zerbe, Mr. X’s attorney and former tax counsel for the Senate Finance Committee’s leading Republican, remarked on the peculiar character of the combined testimony.
“We never had anyone of this stature coming forward from the IRS to speak to us about problems,” Zerbe said. “That alone sets these guys apart.”
There are two essential components to this narrative.

First, the agents’ testimony amounts to one more brushstroke in a grotesque emerging portrait of the president’s son.
Biden’s dissipated lifestyle resembles classic aristocratic debauchery. He is the corrupt son of a corrupt father, meandering through a purposeless life in an endless quest to satisfy his momentary appetites. CONTINUE READING…
