The laptop of Hunter Biden prompted an outburst from “The View” co-host Whoopi Goldberg, who shouted at the audience to “shut up” regarding it.

“The other thing for me is, listen, if you get investigated, if they’re doing an investigation, I’m all for it. Investigate everything, everybody, everything. But if you took five years and this is what you came up with, I’m going to assume you didn’t find very much more about, that was chargeable,” she said, adding, “That damn laptop.”

“I’m sick of hearing about that laptop. This laptop, I hope it just crumbles to death, I hate it so much,” she continued.

Co-host Sunny Hostin expressed sympathy for the awful content on the laptop and attempted to defend President Biden’s son.

“We know he had this terrible addiction problem. That’s why he got the diversion program for the gun charge. The laptop, unfortunately, there are pictures of him nude, there are pictures of him with women and doing drugs and with guns,” Hostin said.

Goldberg rejoined the conversation and told the Republicans to “shut up” regarding the laptop.

“This is what I want. I want them to shut up about it then. Go after him – it’s not going to stop y’all from going after Biden… We know you’re going to keep looking because you’re lookers. You look away when you see something that’s actually worth seeing, but you want to look for something not really there. I want you all to do your damnedest to get all the stuff you need to try to get because that’s what we did… If you can find something, then show the nation, but stop holding up BS stuff when there’s nothing there,” she said in comparison between the predicament and former President Donald Trump.

On Tuesday, it was reported that Hunter Biden would plead guilty to three federal charges. CNN reports that the Justice Department filed and made public the pleadings with a federal court.

“The plea deal will have immediate reverberations in the 2024 presidential election. Hunter Biden will plead guilty to two federal tax misdemeanors and one charge tied to gun possession, according to the filing in a federal court in Delaware. He will appear in court to plead guilty to the charges at a future date,” CNN reported.

On the other hand, the president and his son are accused of participating in an alleged influence-peddling scheme involving a $10 million bribe, of which each received half from a Ukrainian energy company executive.

Earlier this month, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) posted a video to Twitter after reviewing an FBI document in a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) at the Capitol.
