Kyle Rittenhouse is planning on suing LeBron James for defamation following the NBA star’s comments about him on social media during the process of his murder trial late last year.

“The King” isn’t the only one he’s pursuing – among others, he’s also targeting Joe Biden and Whoopi Goldberg.
In addition to other charges, he was charged with 2 counts of homicide, a count of attempted homicide, and other counts for shooting 3 people, two of whom died at a BLM/Antifa rally in Kenosha, WI.
Rittenhouse sat on the stand during his trial, during which he became emotional when discussing the events of August 25, 2020.
In a tweet he sent to his millions of followers, LeBron mocked Rittenhouse’s breakdown.
‘What tears????? I didn’t see one. Man knock it off! That boy ate some lemon heads before walking into court,’ LeBron wrote.

Following James’s tweet, Rittenhouse said that he stopped rooting for the Lakers.
‘I liked LeBron,’ Rittenhouse said on The Blaze television network in December. ‘And, then I’m like, ‘You know what, f–k you, LeBron.”
‘I was a Lakers’ fan too, before he said that,’ he continued.
This past November, the 18-year-old was cleared of first-degree intentional homicide and other charges, thereby walking out of court free.
On Monday night’s Tucker Carlson show on Fox News, Rittenhouse revealed his plans to hold major media and entertainment figures ‘accountable,’ indicating that he had Whoopi Goldberg on his radar.
‘We are looking at quite a few politicians, celebrities, athletes, Whoopi Goldberg is on the list. She called me a murderer after I was acquitted by a jury of my peers. She went on to still say that, and there’s others,’ Rittenhouse replied to Carlson.
In addition, he revealed that Young Turks creator Cenk Uygur is in his sights and that he ‘continues to call me a ‘murderer.”
The Young Turks show is a liberal and left-wing news commentary show on YouTube that additionally appears on selected television channels.
‘What about the people who called you a white supremacist? It makes it pretty hard to get a job for the rest of your life if you are a white supremacist. Will you be responding to them?’ Carlson inquired.
‘Absolutely. We’re going to hold everybody who lied about me accountable, such as everybody who lied called me a White supremacist,’ Rittenhouse responded. ‘They’re all going to be held accountable. And we’re going to handle them in a courtroom.’
Rittenhouse declined to say who else may come under fire from him, but there may be a number of people, including President Joe Biden.
Two months before he became president, Biden criticized President Donald Trump for refusing to call those opposed to Black Lives Matter riots ‘white supremacists.’
As part of the tweet from the then-candidate, Rittenhouse, who was 17 years old at the time of the shooting, appeared in a video clip.
‘There’s no other way to put it: the President of the United States refused to disavow white supremacists on the debate stage last night,’ Biden wrote on Twitter in September of 2020.

A jury found that Rittenhouse had not shown ‘utter disregard for human life’ when he shot the protesters, so Biden weighed in on the verdict – but walked back his early tweet about the case.
‘While the verdict in Kenosha will leave many Americans feeling angry and concerned, myself included, we must acknowledge that the jury has spoken.
‘I urge everyone to express their views peacefully, consistent with the rule of law. Violence and destruction of property have no place in our democracy.’
Mark Richards, Rittenhouse’s lawyer, said he was outraged by Biden’s portrayal of Rittenhouse as a white supremacist.
‘I’ve never had a case, I don’t think I ever will, where within two days or three days of one another, you know, the President and the presidential candidate comment on it. And both of them had such different beliefs,’ Richards remarked.
‘President Biden said some things, I think are so incorrect and untrue — he is not a white supremacist. I’m glad that he at least respects the jury verdict.’
Rittenhouse was found not guilty of all charges last year by a Wisconsin jury. The charges ranged from murder to reckless endangerment.
‘My trial exposed a deep corruption in our media that cannot go unanswered. Their blatant lies, defamation, and propaganda were malicious attempts to tear our nation apart and destroy my life — and I am committed to holding them accountable,’ he said after the verdict came down.

‘Me and my team have decided to launch The Media Accountability Project as a tool to help fundraise and hold the media accountable for the lies they said and deal with them in court,’ he added.
‘I don’t want to see anybody else have to deal with what I went through. So I want to hold them accountable for what they did to me because I don’t want to see anybody have to go through what I went through.’
During his appearance on Monday night, Rittenhouse announced that he would be pursuing individuals via the Media Accountability Project through which he hoped to target people who had spoken ill of him.
‘The media’s the most powerful entity on earth. They have the power to make the innocent guilty and to make the guilty innocent, and that’s power.’
