President Joe Biden took out an inexplicable and oddly timed $250,000 line of credit on his Delaware beach property as investigations into his son Hunter’s questionable business connections continue to intensify, and as suspicions about his own imminent secret document issue continue to be raised.
Fox News claimed that Biden signed documents on December 5 for a home equity variable rate line of credit from M&T Bank against his $2.74 million beach property in Rehoboth, Delaware.
Despite the fact that the public has known about the loan for over a month, Biden’s communications staff has disregarded all media inquiries regarding what the loan is intended to pay for and why the president took it out. This is simply another example of the White House’s lack of openness.
The White House has confirmed the loan, but refuses to address any more inquiries.
At a session aboard Air Force One last month, Biden press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre was specifically questioned about the loan, but instead of responding, she referred the question to another White House department.
“Yeah, I saw reports on that,” Jean Pierre said, according to Fox News. “I would just refer you to the White House Counsel’s Office.”
To yet, however, the White House Counsel’s Office has declined to respond to inquiries on the loan.

Biden spent more than $500,000 in government cash to construct a wall around the Delaware beach house to protect himself from strangers.
Early in his term, while he was still gloating about canceling the building of barriers on our southern border that had been begun by President Donald Trump, he began construction on the barrier.
The beach property was also recently inspected by the FBI following the bombshell revelation that Biden unlawfully held sensitive government documents in his garage in Wilmington, Delaware, and his former office in Washington, D.C.
The document incident occurred less than a year after Biden was shown on television criticizing Trump for unlawfully storing records at his Florida home and less than five years after he informed a reporter that he does not have access to confidential documents.

We still do not have a full accounting of all the classified documents found at these locations. CONTINUE READING…
