Radical far-left President Joe Biden is once again proposing a ban on all Semi-Automatic Firearms, and his supporters in the Democrat party are so angered and emboldened by Biden’s vows to usurp the US Constitution that they have renewed their calls to defund the Police.
If the Marxist Democrat-loving CCP-dominant want tobes got their way, liberty-loving Americans would find themselves in the most perilous of circumstances. Right?
Ironically, the Democrats spent much of 2022 claiming that the Republicans wanted to defund local police departments, completely ignoring the fact that no Republican ever sought to do so, and now they are returning to their long-standing rallying cries to defund the police gain, knowing precisely what motivates their devoted supporters.
The lapdog media is uninterested in the irony of the calls to simultaneously eliminate the right to self-defense and eliminate local police forces, leaving Americans defenseless against criminals. One journalist observes the performance:
“In the spirit of ‘never let a crisis go to waste,’ President Joe Biden proposed a ban on all semi-automatic rifles,” Becky Nobel of Political Insider stated, adding:
Biden spoke on the recent killings at a gay nightclub in Colorado and a Walmart in Virginia on his Thanksgiving trip.
Biden stated, “I’m sick and tired of these shootings. We should have much stricter gun laws.” He added, “The idea we still allow semiautomatic weapons to be purchased is sick. It’s just sick. It has no, no social redeeming value. Zero. None. Not a single, solitary rationale for it except profit for the gun manufacturers.”
While he subsequently reacted to a question by declaring, “I’m going to try to get rid of assault weapons,” the demonization of all semi-automatic rifles constitutes some of, if not the most, draconian gun control policies in decades.

As predicted, according to a study conducted by NORC at the University of Chicago for the Associated Press, Americans’ opinions on stricter gun legislation fall along party lines.
Problems are caused by widespread misunderstanding and politically expedient definitions.
The frequent clamor for a ban on “assault weapons,” for instance, typically refers to civilian semi-automatic rifles with aesthetic – not functional – modifications.
Typically, knowledgeable gun owners may readily trick firearms controls by displaying photos of an AR-15 alongside a Mini-14. The former is commonly recognized as a “assault rifle” by gun regulators, whilst the latter is not. Yet both are semi-automatic and shoot 5.56mm ammo.
