BREAKING: Justice Kavanaugh Execution ARREST UPDATE

As aggressive as the left is, anyone paying attention could have foreseen that this would occur; it was only a matter of time until a sitting SCOTUS justice would be threatened with a firearm.

Today’s breaking news is that a man has been arrested for doing exactly that. Where are the advocates for gun control now?

After months of being whipped into a frenzy over Roe v. Wade and the Supreme Court, news surfaced on Wednesday that Community Organizers were successful in persuading someone to threaten Brett Kavanaugh with a firearm.

Here are some stunning facts:

As noted by John Page, this move occurred less than a month after the White House appeared to endorse this behavior.

Remember a month ago when the Atlantic reported on the action at Kavanagh’s residence, when his family was being threatened; they also appeared to be inciting the violence:
A few of Justice Brett Kavanaugh’s neighbors were visibly annoyed last night as a dozen abortion-rights protesters marched down their tree-lined street, blaring music and chanting, “We are not your incubators!” A middle-aged couple in jogging suits scoffed and yanked their goldendoodle to the other side of the road. One woman driving an SUV pulled up dangerously close to a demonstrator and laid on the horn. But other neighbors were supportive—even grateful. At least three people poked their heads out from behind doors or garden gates to thank the passing protesters for their dedication to the cause.

It’s impossible to know what Kavanaugh was thinking while the gaggle of mostly women paced in front of his lush suburban lawn, just across the border from D.C. Maybe he wasn’t even home, or maybe, as some marchers wondered aloud, he was watching them from a small gap in the blinds upstairs. Ultimately, the demonstrators didn’t care all that much how the second-newest Supreme Court justice felt about their presence. They had given up on persuasion, they said. Instead, they viewed their protest as a physical reminder for the justices of the human cost of their decision.

An armed man, who allegedly made threats against Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh, was arrested early Wednesday near the justice’s Maryland home, a court spokesperson said.

The suspect, who was not immediately identified, was arrested about 1:50 a.m., and transported to a local Montgomery County, Maryland Police district.

Last month, Attorney General Merrick Garland moved to bolster justices’ security amid continuing protests over a leaked draft opinion that would overturn Roe v. Wade, the high court’s landmark abortion decision.

Following a meeting with federal law enforcement officials including the Supreme Court’s chief security official, Garland said authorities would “take all appropriate actions to further enhance the security of justices and the court.”

The meeting came after protesters took the unprecedented step of marching to justices’ homes. At that time, Garland directed the U.S. Marshals Service to assist in providing 24-hour security.

Drew Wade, a spokesman for the U.S. Marshals Service, said Wednesday that the agency was gathering information on the case and had no immediate comment on it. He referred inquiries to Montgomery County authorities.

Montgomery County officials could not be immediately reached for comment.

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., Wednesday said the arrest is “exactly the kind of event many feared that the terrible breach of the court’s rules and norms could fuel.”

The Daily Mail reported on the background of the potential shooter:

It follows a string of protests across the country over abortion rights – including outside of Supreme Court justices’ homes – that has also seen churches, pro-life centers and abortion clinics come under attack from those with opposing views.

Initial findings indicate the suspect himself was angry about the draft opinion leaked last month that indicated the Supreme Court could be poised to overturn federal abortion protections.

The man was found to have at least one weapon as well as burglary tools, the report claims.

The suspect, allegedly in his mid-20s, was reportedly detained after making a threat against Kavanaugh’s life to police officers.

People familiar with the investigation told the Post that the man was also upset over the recent slew of mass shootings across the country that’s claimed dozens of lives in recent weeks.

Police were reportedly notified of the potential threat beforehand though no details were immediately available about the tip.
