Democrat Joe Biden, like most other participants in the established Administrative state of government-dependent employees and public servants, does not behave as he requires of his political opponents, nor is he ever punished for breaching the law.
The concept of “equal treatment under the law” has disappeared. The United States has a two-tiered judicial system, as seen by this case.
When you look up the phrase “reprobate,” you will see a picture of Joe Biden. Consider that Biden was doing the same thing that Trump was accused of, investigated for, and persecuted for when his family home was invaded and he was hauled through the media in a public trial.
Here is evidence that Biden was leaving confidential materials in secret locations.
According to Trending Politics News, “Classified” documents from the vice presidency of Joe Biden have been discovered at a think group linked with the current administration. The same claimed ‘crime’ spurred the FBI’s Mar-a-Lago investigation on former President Donald Trump.
But it is OK, as Biden is an elite member of the administrative state. Since Barack Obama has been in power, we have learned to anticipate just a light dusting of scrutiny on Biden’s egregious behavior.
The records, as reported by CBS News, have sparked a “study” by a U.S. attorney’s office.
Americans, however, are aware that the true response will be “Rules for Thee, but not for Me,” as with anything that comes to light from the murky depths of a corrupt administration.
“Attorney General Merrick Garland has assigned the U.S. attorney in Chicago to review classified documents found at the Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement in Washington,” CBS News reported, based on confidential sources. “The roughly 10 documents are from President Biden’s vice-presidential office at the center, the sources said. CBS News has learned the FBI is also involved in the U.S. attorney’s inquiry,” Kyle Becker reported from a CBS update on the situation.
“The classified material was identified by personal attorneys for Mr. Biden on Nov. 2, just before the midterm elections, Richard Sauber, special counsel to the president, confirmed,” Becker highlighted that the report added.
Biden’s personal attorneys “were packing files housed in a locked closet to prepare to vacate office space at the Penn Biden Center in Washington, D.C.,” according to a statement sent by Sauber to CBS News.
Becker goes on:
The documents were contained in a folder that was in a box with other unclassified papers. The sources revealed neither what the classified documents contain nor their level of classification. A source familiar told CBS News the documents did not contain “nuclear secrets.”
Sauber also told CBS News that on the same day, the material was discovered, Nov. 2, the White House counsel’s office notified the National Archives, which took possession of the materials the following morning.
More on this story via The Republic Brief:
“The discovery of these documents was made by the President’s attorneys,” Sauber said. “The documents were not the subject of any previous request or inquiry by the Archives. Since that discovery, the President’s personal attorneys have cooperated with the Archives and the Department of Justice in a process to ensure that any Obama-Biden Administration records are appropriately in the possession of the Archives.”CONTINUE READING…
