The late Jeffrey Epstein left behind the strands of friendships and business contacts with the world’s elite, although not all of these elites confess to having known him. From Prince Andrew to Hollywood stars and billionaires, travels to the island where Epstein allegedly engaged in sexual misconduct with minors appear to be a unifying factor.
Bill Gates is one of the individuals featured in images with Albert Einstein and in journals detailing excursions to the island. Melinda, the ex-wife of Bill Gates, confesses she had suspicions about Epstein during their marriage. During an interview last year, Melinda expressed her extreme hate for Epstein.
“It was many things [the Gates’ divorce]. But I did not like that he’d [Bill Gates] had meetings with Jeffrey Epstein,” she said in the interview. “I made that clear to him.” She said that she met Epstein “exactly one time because I wanted to see who this man was. And I regretted it from the second I stepped in the door. He was abhorrent. He was evil personified. I had nightmares about it afterward. So my heart breaks for these young women.”
Conservative Brief claims that Gates is downplaying his association with the convicted pedophile Epstein, stating that they were merely dinner companions.
During an appearance on Australia’s ABC 7.30, host Sarah Ferguson told Gates that his prolonged and notorious links to Epstein were “one of the issues that dogged” his relationship with ex-wife Melinda French Gates. “Do you regret the relationship that you maintained with him against Melinda’s advice and wishes?” Ferguson asked Gates. Yes, I should not have had dinners with him, Gates stated while shrugging his shoulders for the one hundredth time.
Ferguson didn’t stop there and informed Gates that “Epstein had a way of sexually compromising” people. “Is that what Melinda was warning you about?” Ferguson asked. “No, I mean, no, I had dinner with him and that’s all,” Gates said. “That I had dinner with him,” Gates said when asked if he had “any regrets.” Gates then rejected that his foundation had any connection to Epstein. “There never was any relationship of any kind,” Gates said.
Bill Gates claims he had NO relationship with Jeffrey Epstein, “just dinner”.

Melinda said last year that the pandemic had a role in her divorce from Bill Gates and provided her the opportunity to end the marriage.
Melinda’s comments from the previous year about her divorce from Bill Gates alluded to many marital difficulties and stated that the epidemic offered her the opportunity to leave their union.
“I had some reasons I just couldn’t stay in that marriage anymore,” she said in the interview. “But the odd thing about COVID is that it gave me the privacy to do what I needed to do. It’s unbelievably painful, in innumerable ways, but I had the privacy to get through it.”
“I kept working with the person I was moving away from, and I needed to show up and be my best self every single day,” she said. “So even though I might be crying at 9 a.m. and then have to be on a video conference at 10 a.m. with the person I’m leaving, I have to show up and be my best. I learned as a leader that I could do it. It reminded me that the foundation calls me to be my best.”
“We work with unbelievable partners around the world who were also struggling during COVID,” she said. “I was on a video call with a woman who had lost her father, and a week later she’s on a call with me, right?”
