What if the radical far-left starts doing things Republicans want? Democrats would surely not be happy. And that is what seems to have happened in Kentucky this month, as one reporter smashed Democrat Joe Biden for making deals with Republicans.

We know that preserving Roe V. Wade and abortion is a top issue for Democrats and that street activists by the hundreds of thousands have been deployed to use every tool and resource they can muster to intimidate people into complying with their stand to keep Roe V. Wade in place.
But what if their POTUS is working to undermine them while they are out bullying and harassing US Supreme Court judges and others- to obey.
What if their own president isn’t obeying? That would spell disaster for him- no doubt.
“Kentucky Democrats are reeling from President Joe Biden’s plan to appoint Chad Meredith, an anti-abortion Republican, to a lifetime federal judgeship in their state.
“If the president makes that nomination, it is indefensible,” said Democratic Gov. Andy Beshear at a press conference on Thursday. “This is an individual who aided and advised on the most egregious abuse of power by a governor in my lifetime,” Business Insider reported.
“President Biden is about to appoint an anti-abortion Republican Kentucky judge to a lifetime federal seat–apparently a deal he made with Mitch McConnell, and a massive betrayal to the people he claims he’s fighting for,” Laura Bassett posted on Twitter.
The rumor started around the beginning of July, as reported by Jezebel:
“Less than a week after the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade, President Joe Biden is set to nominate anti-abortion Republican lawyer Chad Meredith to a lifetime federal judgeship in Kentucky, reportedly in exchange for Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R) “agreeing not to hold up future federal nominations by the Biden White House,” according to the Courier-Journal.
Meredith, a Federalist Society member, defended a 2017 Kentucky abortion law “requiring doctors who perform abortions to first perform an ultrasound and describe the image to the patient.” Note that the Federalist Society is responsible for basically handpicking Republicans’ Supreme Court nominees and ensuring that they would overturn Roe.
There are no current judicial vacancies open in Kentucky, but the Courier-Journal reports that the deal is in place for as soon as one opens.”
The news broke Thursday with the Daily Mail that the rumors were true, and Kentucky’s Democratic governor TURNS on Biden and released an email confirming Biden WAS planning to nominate an anti-abortion judge on the very DAY Roe was overturned.
The move was an apparent deal with Mitch McConnell and the Kentucky Democratic Gov. Andy Beshear’s office is furious.
The Democrat group turned on President Joe Biden and released an email that confirmed he planned to nominate an anti-abortion judge.
The Courier-Journal reported that Beshear’s office handed over a June 23 email that stated: ‘To be nominated tomorrow: … Stephen Chad Meredith’.
Meredith previously served as Kentucky’s solicitor general and as the chief deputy general counsel for former Kentucky Gov. Matt Bevin, a Republican, which is really going to make the left mad.
In the latter role, Meredith defended Kentucky’s abortion restriction, forcing women to receive an ultrasound before pregnancy termination.
“Biden Reportedly Plans to Appoint Anti-Abortion Kentucky Judge to Lifetime Seat (UPDATED)
Biden reportedly made a deal with Mitch McConnell to screw over pregnant people less than a week after Roe v. Wade was overturned,” Bassett wrote, showing the amount of betrayal she feels toward Biden.
“The revelations of the email with Biden facing increasing criticism from Democrats who believe his reaction should have been stronger to the overturning of Roe v. Wade,” The Daily Mail reported.
According to their report:
“In his role as chief deputy general counsel, he defended Kentucky’s abortion restriction forcing women to receive an ultrasound before pregnancy termination, with the doctor being mandated to describe what they see to the patient.
The email was sent by White House aide Kathleen Marshall, the former lieutenant governor of Nevada, who works as a senior adviser to governors.
It had the subject line ‘Close hold’ – meaning the information was supposed to be kept close to the vest.
The message was sent to Coulter Minix, a Beshear staffer in the governor’s D.C. office.
‘Thanks, Kate, I’ll share the info and appreciate the heads up,’ Minix replied.
The governor’s office also turned over to the newspaper a follow-up email from a White House official from June 29 clarifying that the original message was ‘pre-decisional and privileged information.’
The Courier-Journal broke the initial story of the planned nomination later that day.
White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre was asked about the story in Tuesday’s briefing and during a gaggle Wednesday on board Air Force One.

On Tuesday she told reporters that ‘we make it a point here to not comment on any vacancy, whether it is on the executive branch or judicial branch.’
She called it a ‘hypothetical’ when then asked by a reporter if the president would ever appoint a judge to the federal bench who doesn’t support abortion rights.
