Kevin Costner’s divorce has already begun to deteriorate significantly.

The “Yellowstone” actor and his estranged wife, Christine Baumgartner, are arguing over living arrangements, with Costner claiming to be “homeless” after Baumgartner refused to leave his property, according to an exclusive Daily Mail report.

“Both sides seem to be preparing for a ‘War of the Roses’ style legal battle over their huge $145 million house in Carpinteria, California,” according to the news source.

“It is owned solely by Costner and he bought it in 1988, long before their 2004 wedding.”

According to their prenuptial agreement from 2004, Baumgartner was obligated to relocate out in the event of a divorce.

According to the Mail, Costner stated, “I was married once before and, upon separation, found myself without home base and unable to live in my own home.”

“I never wanted this to happen again.”

Recently, the actor had been filming in Utah, but he was scheduled to be off-location beginning in June, and he desired to return home.

Baumgartner would not be forced into homelessness if she complied; the prenuptial agreement allowed her $1.2 million to relocate.

According to court documents, Costner’s attorneys have made “multiple offers” to Baumgartner in an effort to persuade her to comply with the agreement, including providing $10,000 in relocation expenses, assistance from Costner’s domestic staff, and $30,000 per month to rent a home.
