Former senior Trump advisor Kellyanne Conway, to whom the former president ascribed a substantial portion of his 2016 presidential victory, spoke on Thursday’s episode of “America’s Newsroom” on Fox News. Never one to mince words, Conway startled presenter Bill Hemmer with an unexpected truth bomb that caught him off guard, and it all occurred live on air.
Conway criticized President Joseph Biden’s poor approval ratings on crucial areas such as the economy in her relatively new role as a commentator for Fox News. She also addressed the fact that a narrow majority of Democratic primary voters polled indicated interest in someone other than Joseph Biden as the party’s 2024 presidential nominee.
“More Republicans want Joe Biden to run in 2024 than do Democrats. And I think that’s because Republicans are wise to the fact that we’re watching a crumbling presidency, a crumbling economy right before our eyes,” she told Hemmer.
“So, Biden’s doing a little bit better on foreign policy anyway. He’s doing a little bit better overall. But his approval rating on the key issues that voters say are going to motivate them to the polls are really, very poor,” said the former campaign manager and senior political adviser for Trump.
“On the economy, his approval rating is 35 percent. On border security, his approval rating is 36 percent. And among independents, that key and growing group all across this country, his approval rating in the Fox News poll is 35 percent,” she added.
“He’s got a net negative 30 percent approval rating, 65 percent disapproval, 35 percent approval among self-identified independents, which, of course, will decide who the next president is,” she further explained.
Despite Democrat, Soros-backed Manhattan DA’s claimed attempt to remove Trump from the campaign by indicting him on the flimsiest charges conceivable, it appears that this endeavor backfired. In the aftermath of this political persecution, the former president and 2024 presidential candidate received some positive news this week, to to the dismay of Bragg and Trump Democrat opponents.
In the most recent national survey done by Fox News, Trump’s advantage over the other Republican candidates has grown, while Joe Biden’s candidacy is doubtful among Democratic primary voters.
According to the study issued on Wednesday, Republican primary voters were given a list of fifteen declared and possible contenders for the nomination in 2024. The data indicate that since February, Trump’s margin has quadrupled, and he is currently 30 points ahead of Ron DeSantis (54%-24%). In comparison, the former President led DeSantis by only 15 points last month (43%-28%).
“No one else hits double digits. Mike Pence comes in third with 6%, Liz Cheney and Nikki Haley receive 3% each, and Greg Abbott comes in at 2%. All others receive 1% support or less, and just 3% are unsure,” Fox News reported.
Virtually every significant demographic group supported Trump, with the exception of white college-educated males, who favored DeSantis by 12 points. 60% of Trump’s 2020 general election supporters continue to back him in the GOP primary. In contrast, 25% favor DeSantis while only 5% support Pence.
If voters were to pick a second candidate, Trump primary voters would choose DeSantis and DeSantis primary voters would choose Trump, according to a survey conducted by Fox News. CONTINUE READING…
