Hunter Biden is rumored to be hiding out at the White House while his infant mother engages in an offensive.
Friday, Lunden Roberts’ attorneys asked an Arkansas court to sentence the first son to jail time for neglecting to turn over his bank documents as required in her case regarding support payments for their 4-year-old daughter, Navy. Lunden Roberts is a former prostitute.
By not submitting “one single item or word [of] discovery,” according to Roberts, Hunter, 53, is “flaunting the dignity and authority of the court.” Roberts also said “This court should incarcerate the defendant in the Cleburne County Detention Center until he complies with this court’s orders.”
Hunter, 32, requested a reduction in his monthly support payments after Roberts, 32, was required by court order to undergo a paternity test to establish Navy was his.
Biden’s rival Garrett Ziegler has also been summoned as a witness in the trial, which will commence in July.
The 644-page investigation of Hunter’s infamous laptop was published by the organization Marco Polo, which was founded by the 27-year-old former Trump aide and detailed hundreds of alleged offenses, last year.
The wealthy Hollywood attorney Kevin Morris, who is Hunter’s “sugar brother,” is prosecuting Ziegler for alleged harassment and invasion of privacy.
Morris generously paid off Hunter’s $2.8 million IRS debt, which was related to a federal criminal investigation of the first son’s international business transactions by David Weiss, the US attorney in Delaware.
A veteran IRS criminal supervisory special agent who has been investigating Hunter for three years alleged on Monday that federal prosecutors are preventing the president’s son from being indicted for tax evasion.
Mark Lytle, the attorney for the whistleblower, wrote in a letter to the Democrats and Republicans in command of several congressional committees that “preferential treatment and politics [are] improperly infecting decisions” in the case.
Roberts’ legal maneuvers in Arkansas lend credence to the rumor in Washington, D.C., that Hunter has been living at the White House with his second wife, Melissa Cohen, and their 3-year-old son, Beau, to avoid being served with legal documents.
According to numerous sightings over the past six months, Hunter and his family have been seen accompanying his father and the first lady onto Marine One for brief getaways to Delaware or Camp David as well as for lengthier vacations at the rented mansions of billionaires.
Hunter and his father traveled to Ireland last week as part of a state visit.
It is difficult for a process server to reach him because he is protected by both his father’s Secret Service detail and his own agents.
Since early last year, the president has walked from Marine One to his office on the White House premises via a swing set suitable for a child.
There may be additional Biden family members residing in the White House using taxpayer funds.
In November, when Naomi Biden, age 28, married Peter Neal on the South Lawn, the New York Times reported that the couple “lives at the White House, according to two people familiar with their living situation.” Naomi Biden is Hunter’s eldest child with ex-wife Kathleen Buhle.
On the second and third floors of the White House Executive Residence are 16 guest accommodations, 35 bathrooms, and a distinct guest kitchen. The family can also appreciate the on-site fitness center, billiards alley, and theater.
There is room for the entire Biden family, including the 12 immediate family members that House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-Kentucky) said last week were profiting from peddling influence abroad.
