Fox News anchor Jesse Watters demanded the dismissal of two anti-Trump Fox personalities after the 2020 election. According to messages obtained by The Daily Beast, Watters texted former Fox News personality Tucker Carlson to express his frustration with Fox News anchor Chris Wallace and host Neil Cavuto.
According to a text message sent by Watters, Wallace, Cavuto, and others must resign. We need some fresh blood. They should employ Trump supporters. This is based on texts discovered during Dominion Voting Systems, Inc.’s settlement of the defamation action against Fox.
The two Fox personalities in question have received considerable criticism over the years, particularly Chris Wallace, who is viewed by many as having a liberal bias. Watters’ complaints about the network’s purported lack of support for former president Donald Trump likely prompted him to request their dismissal.
Carlson appeared to share the same sentiment. Here is footage of Tucker discussing, in an off-camera conversation, why leftists should not work at Fox.

Watters has been a Fox News mainstay for years and is well-known for his outspoken support of Trump. He is a frequent contributor on shows such as “The Five” and “The Ingraham Angle” and has even hosted his own network program.
Many people have long believed that Fox News has been drifting away from its conservative origins and becoming increasingly liberal. This will undoubtedly fuel the flames and may prompt additional network expansion requests. Regardless of what occurs after that, the effects of the 2020 election are still felt throughout the entire conservative media landscape. As the 2024 election approaches, the conflict over the GOP’s very essence continues to rage.
Staffing issues at Fox News appear to have been a concern for Carlson for some time. Since his departure from the network, leaked recordings have recently surfaced demonstrating his concern for liberals working on Judge Jeanine Pirro’s program and his belief that the network was under attack by leftist “moles.”
Carlson was on the set of his program discussing an encounter he had with a female Fox executive with his executive producer, Justin Wells, in one of the clips that were leaked to the liberal Media Matters for America (MMfA).
