A desire to depose Dr. Anthony Fauci, former White House press secretary Jen Psaki, and other Biden officials in a case titled “Missouri v. Biden” indicates that free speech is not yet extinct, according to court records made public on Friday.
And the courts have progressed favorably for the American people.
Republic Brief covers the story and The Gateway Pundit’s role as the primary private plaintiff:
“Gateway Pundit previously reported in May that Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt, along with Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry, filed a lawsuit (Missouri v. Biden) against the Biden Administration, including Biden himself, Anthony Fauci, the Department of Homeland Security, and nearly a dozen federal agencies and Secretaries.”
Here is a copy of the complaint under the First Amendment:
The Gateway Pundit had the honor and privilege of collaborating with the Missouri Attorney General’s Office in June to provide comprehensive proof of Big Tech’s widespread censorship and collaboration with the federal government.
Attorney General Eric Schmitt filed a voluminous motion to prohibit the Biden Administration from breaching the First Amendment rights of American citizens.
The Gateway Pundit furnished AG Schmitt’s office with an abundance of evidence on Big Tech’s censorship of the famous news website, and the Attorney General submitted the evidence with the Court.
“Missouri and Louisiana just filed suit against Joe Biden, Jen Psaki, Dr. Fauci, and other top-ranking officials for allegedly colluding with social media companies to suppress freedom of speech under the guise of combating “misinformation.” – Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt announced.
The lawsuit alleges that the Deep State (permanent administrative state) collaborated with Big Tech to censor and manipulate Americans – from average citizens to news outlets – on a variety of issues, including the Hunter Biden Laptop from Hell, 2020 Election Integrity, COVID-19 origin and extent skepticism, and COVID-19 vaccine skepticism, among others.
“The attorneys general for Missouri and Louisiana have accused the Biden administration of “colluding to suppress freedom of speech” with major tech companies and first filed in May. The duo has specifically alleged Big Tech and the Biden administration worked to suppress speech about COVID-19, election integrity, and other matters unfairly,” The Washington Examiner reported recently, adding:
“After finding documentation of a collusive relationship between the Biden Administration and social media companies to censor free speech, we immediately filed a motion to get these officials under oath,” Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt said. “It is high time we shine a light on this censorship enterprise.”

More on this story via The Republic Brief:
Schmitt backed the lawsuit along with fellow Republican Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry. The U.S. District Court for the Western District of Louisiana approved the deposition request.
The lawsuit alleged that the collusion amounted to an infringement upon the First Amendment rights of everyday people. It also alleged Action in Excess of Statutory Authority Administrative Procedure Act Violations by Health and Human Services officials and Administrative Procedure Act violations by Department of Homeland Security officials.
