Several of Vice President Kamala Harris’s staff members cannot tolerate their tasks.
It is not simply the vice president’s leadership style.
Air Force Two is the vice president’s official aircraft.
According to a report published by Politico on Friday, Harris workers describe the meals delivered by military members as “horrible slop.”
“It’s a little more Southwest Airlines than Four Seasons,” one former staffer said.
Politico claimed that Harris personnel and graduates received sloppy sandwiches, chilly spaghetti salads, and unappetizing spinach breakfast burritos.
Politico did not report on the meal given to Harris herself or whether it differs from the food served to her staff. According to the former staff member, individuals who are handed rank-and-file meals “take three bites of whatever is there and drop it on the table or put it back in the bag.”
Another former Harris assistant compared the experience of traveling aboard Air Force Two to that of the president’s jet, Air Force One.
“Everything sucks compared to AF-1,” the aide told Politico.
“It’s so much more sophisticated and professional.”
The former aides praised the military members who provided the meals, according to Politico, but said they also tried to avoid eating on the plane — bringing their own food or waiting until after a flight to eat.
THE EAGLE HAS LANDED

The “slop” aboard Air Force Two is another another source of anger among the employees.
Harris’ office has had far greater turnover than vice president Joe Biden’s, with former Biden aides attributing it to her leadership style and personality.
Individuals who worked with Harris in a variety of positions have condemned her poisonous management style, accusing her of anything from sloth to outright abuse of employees.
The mediocre in-flight meals appear to pale in comparison to those provided aboard Air Force One, the presidential plane.
Yet, Harris staff members who resent those who fly with the president do have one advantage.
Government passengers who qualify for Air Force One must pay for their own in-flight meals, which may be costly.
Politico reports that former Harris aides contacted the news source about the meals on Air Force Two after it released a piece on March 28 describing the dining arrangements onboard Air Force One.
The upshot from this article is that the cuisine aboard Air Force One is far superior, but crew members are taxed for it without the option of not eating.
“One former Biden staffer estimated that a day trip could run anywhere from $17 to $50 in food and drink, and that’s not including additional snacks or special dietary requests like vegetarian options,” Politico reported.
