Kyrsten Sinema (D-AZ) is a unique woman. She is the first openly bisexual member of Congress. She marches to the beat of her own drummer and is one of the few Democratic lawmakers who occasionally bucks the party leadership.
Watch this and see how…enthusiastically…Sinema voted against the $15 minimum wage.

I kinda like this lady. She dresses how she wants. She votes how she wants. Granted, I disagree with her on 95% of the issues, but she is still a breath of fresh air in Congress.
Sinema has taken some heat for her dramatic vote, with many on Twitter accusing her of “taunting the working class” and voting against it was “with glee.”
Katie Pavlich of Townhall pointed out what Sinema’s vote was actually about.
This display wasn’t about taunting the working class. AZ’s Sinema is a) representing her constituents, who don’t want a $15 minimum wage (tried/bad in Flagstaff) b) pushing back far left House members who think they run the Senate (how cute), specifically a certain NY socialist https://t.co/5evBf6tLS6

Let’s hope Sinema continues to buck the party leadership on key issues so we can hold back some of the crazy until the 2022 elections.
