Lib ABC Journalist Stephanopoulos Blindsided LIVE With Trump Update

Again, liberals are beginning to fear Trump, which is both amusing and fantastic.

Sunday, George Stephanopoulos and his panel responded to a recent presidential poll for the year 2024, which ABC News host George Stephanopoulos described as “kind of shocking.”

During a discussion on the Sunday edition of This Week, Stephanopoulos mentioned a recent Wall Street Journal poll indicating that former President Donald Trump and current President Joe Biden are tied with 46% in a head-to-head contest.

“It is kind of shocking in a way that despite all of the baggage that Donald Trump carries, he’s tied with Joe Biden right now,” Stephanopoulos exclaimed.

Former Democratic National Committee chairwoman Donna Brazile acknowledged that the survey results were cause for concern.

“When I looked at that recent poll, the Wall Street Journal, I said, ‘this could keep me up at night,’” Brazile hilariously responded.

According to the aforementioned survey, former President Trump maintains a commanding lead over his closest competitor, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis (R), with a 59-13 margin.

Stephanopoulos observed, “With every passing month, with every new indictment, Donald Trump seems to be consolidating his control over the Republican Party.”

The ABC News anchor engaged in a conversation with Reihan Salam, a conservative journalist who contributes to The Atlantic. The conversation centered on the level of commitment shown by the Republican party to Donald Trump.

“Republicans almost unanimously on that [debate] stage several days ago [said they] would vote for a convicted felon,” Stephanopoulos began. “Did you ever think you’d see the day?”

“The truth is that we are in a very polarized moment,” Salam answered. “And when you’re looking at the Republican Party, it is strikingly unified. If you look at the most conservative voters and the party, they back the former president disproportionately. If you look at more moderate voters, female Republican primary voters, he just really has a lock on both wings of the party, so to speak. And that’s something that any rival has to appreciate it and respect.” CONTINUE READING…
