Mass Panic As ANOTHER Food Processing Plant Goes Up In Flames

Americans’ access to the basic and universal need for food seems to have become political. Republic Brief has been following the escalating and disturbing attacks on food processing plants in the U.S. including the lack of media coverage on the attacks and the fact that Joe Biden as stated in the past that there WILL be food shortages.

The rash of fires and ‘accidents” have been documented on social media, but conspicuously played down in mainstream news.

Goya Foods’ CEO, Bob Unanue, has warned in detailed statements of an impending “food crisis” in America. Goya, which is a Hispanic-owned food company in America, serves primarily lower-income populations. Goya received consumer attacks when Unanue, as a conservative, backed Donald Trump during the last presidential election.

In part of a recent statement, Unaue said, “Humanity has created every way to destroy itself — from nuclear to biological to chemical. But now we’ve waged a war — we’ve weaponized food.”

“We’re going to have to tighten our belt and consume less. We’ve gone from oil independence to oil dependence. We’ve given up that position — to have our oil at cost. . . When we bring in stuff from — let’s say, Thailand — coconut water.

We’re paying 10 times the freight we usually pay…It’s a very tight balance. And if we interrupt the food production, we will have a food crisis. Prices will go through the roof…”

As Kari Donovan reported for Republic Brief:

Recently as many as 20 plus US food processing plants that are headquarters of food processing companies have been damaged or destroyed, but that isn’t anything our government is concerning themselves with at this time.

A General Mills facility was recently hit by a plane in Georgia. The recent plane crash near the General Mills plant comes after a string of food processing plants have been set ablaze across the United States over the past six months amid soaring food prices and historic inflation, and a plant in Idaho appeared to be in the crosshairs well.

New reports indicate that yet another General Mills facility has been damaged in some way—this time by a fire.

This brings the grand total to 22 food processing plants or headquarters, that we know of, which have been destroyed or damaged in some way over the course of just one week, and the odds of that happening organically are making people everywhere wonder if we are watching the managed decline of the United States of America.

The suspicion is growing among citizen analysts because, remember, Democrat Joe Biden has been forecasting that we will experience food shortages.

In March, Bloomberg reported that “President Joe Biden said that the world will experience food shortages as a result of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, and production increases were a subject of discussions at a Group of Seven meeting. ‘It’s going to be real,’ Biden said. Bloomberg also reported that at the summit is Brussels “Biden and Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau both discussed increasing their nation’s agricultural production to try to make up for shortfalls[from Russia and Ukraine].”

Strangely, rather than increasing U.S. production, the production is suffering amid these attacks and the warnings of more attacks.

Referring to Cyberattacks rather than physical mayhem, the FBI has recently issued warnings about ransomware attacks in April in a statement:

“Cyber actors may perceive [agricultural] cooperatives as lucrative targets with a willingness to pay due to the time sensitive role they play in agricultural production. A significant disruption of grain production could impact the entire food chain, since grain is not only consumed by humans but also used for animal feed. In addition, a significant disruption of grain and corn production could impact commodities trading and stocks. An attack that disrupts processing at a protein or dairy facility can quickly result in spoiled products and have cascading effects down to the farm level as animals cannot be processed, “the notice stated.

And yet another violent, physical incident happened Saturday in Chesapeake. In a statement issued by the Chesapeake Fire Department immediately afterward,

“Chesapeake firefighters battled an industrial fire this evening at Perdue Farms in the South Norfolk area. Plant operators reported a fire in large soybean processing tank. Firefighters climbed multiple flights of stairs with hose and equipment to access the standpipe system. Water was applied and the fire brought under control in approximately one hour. Much work left here to overhaul and dump product from the tank. Solid work tonight by all involved. Special thanks to Company 8 from Norfolk Fire & Rescue.” the Chesapeake Fire Department said on Saturday.

WAVY reported that the fire broke out around 8:40 pm, and the firefighters battled the blaze for about an hour to get it under control. WTKR reported that the fire was called under control at 9:48pmwithno injuries reported.

According to WTKR, the damage from the fire will have little impact on the plant’s operations although WAVY reported that all the soybeans will have to be removed from the tank to insure the fire is completely out.
