Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene of Georgia stated on Thursday afternoon that she had read the declassified FD-1023 FBI form, which contained allegations that then-vice president Joe Biden had participated in a pay-to-play bribery scheme.
After analyzing the document in a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF), Greene uploaded a video to Twitter in which he informed reporters that the document was “very credible” and that the allegations against Biden “are nothing short of deeply troubling.”
According to Greene, Hunter Biden was appointed to the board of the Ukrainian energy company Burisma, and the company made disbursements to the Biden family.
“Back in 2015/2016, Burisma was looking to buy a US-based oil and gas company, and this came from being advised by Hunter Biden and his partners. Biden said [Viktor] Shokin was corrupt. This was around the time of this meeting, [which] was when Joe Biden, as vice president, said that prosecutor Shokin was corrupt,” Greene said.
“They hired Hunter on the board to make the problems go away. That’s what they specifically said. Hunter advised that they could raise more money if they bought a US company. And that’s why they were being investigated by this prosecutor Shokin. The informant was advising them, don’t go this route, why would you buy another US company while you’re under investigation? That’s not a good idea,” said Greene. “He also said that he paid $5 million to one Biden and he paid $5 million to another Biden. And it was all a bribery to get Shokin fired and end the investigation into Burisma.”
According to information provided by a whistleblower, Biden engaged in corrupt “pay-for-play” schemes while serving as vice president. Since the Obama administration, the FBI has utilized the source, which is regarded as “highly credible.”

Florida Republican Representative Anna Paulina Luna responded to the document similarly to Greene:
1) GOP FL Rep Luna after viewing FBI 1023 document: Two there's no doubt in my mind that Joe Biden is guilty of bribery 100%..there was two separate transactions, one that went to Joe Biden for $5,000,000, one That went to Hunter Biden for $5 million.

2) Luna: So I mean, if that's not grounds for criminal activity, I don't know what is but the fact is, is that they should not want to be hiding this from the American people. If this was any other person in the country.

According to Fox News, the individual who claimed Joe Biden “was involved in a criminal bribery scheme with a foreign national” is a “FBI confidential human source…used by the bureau in multiple investigative matters dating back to” both of Barack Obama’s presidential terms.
The news source added that a whistleblower recently contacted Republican Sen. Chuck Grassley of Iowa and House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-Kentucky) with a claim that the FBI possessed an FD-1023 form dated June 30, 2020, which allegedly contains explicit information provided by a reliable human source.
The dossier, according to the source, details allegations that Biden engaged in an unlawful $5 million bribery scheme while serving as vice president. According to Fox News, the strategy allegedly involved a foreign national and aimed to exert influence over political decisions.

According to a source with knowledge of the situation, the individual who provided the FBI with information about Biden is a “pre-existing” FBI source who has been utilized in ancillary investigations.
The source also revealed to the website that the FBI had been using the confidential human source for “at least several years” prior to the June 2020 compilation of the FD-1023 form documenting Biden’s claims.
The confidential human source, who also participated in multiple investigations during the Obama administration, was “consistently reviewed by the FBI” and “found to be highly credible,” according to a statement provided to Fox by the source.
