According to a judge’s judgment Monday, portions of the Georgia special grand jury investigation on efforts by former President Trump and his aides to influence the outcome of the 2020 election will be disclosed this week.
According to The Washington Post, Fulton County Superior Court Judge Robert McBurney stated that three portions of the county grand jury report will be disclosed on Thursday.
One of the portions scheduled for release “discusses its fear that some witnesses may have lied under oath during their grand jury testimony,” McBurney wrote.
While Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis examines criminal charges, the majority of the report will be secret.
