In Washington, D.C., the battle over the Speaker of the House has caused a painful rift between proponents of the America First agenda, and tensions are rising daily over who should be in charge.
The good news is that extreme leftist Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) will never again be in leadership as the GOP gained enough seats to take the majority, but Hill celebrations are short-lived since the hole she leaves is being contested.
Surprisingly, Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA), a highly popular supporter of President Donald J. Trump and his agenda who was recently re-elected, has come out in favor of placing US Rep. Keven McCarthy (R-CA) in a leadership position, and she has been criticized by her closest Republican colleagues for her unwavering support of McCarthy.
One insider is spreading the rumor that Greene’s unexpected support for McCarthy is motivated by personal benefit and prestige. And some of her closest acquaintances and friends are criticizing her actions.
Many Americans view McCarthy as a RINO and as an adversary of Trump and the Conservative-Populist MAGA movement in general who is frequently self-serving and deceitful.
Greene has made multiple television appearances to lobby for McCarthy on behalf of other US House members. She also voted for Kevin McCarthy as the next Speaker of the House.
McCarthy received the Republican nomination for Speaker this week with 188 votes to 31. Representative Andy Biggs of Arizona also ran.
The next vote for Speaker will take place in January, and reports indicate that McCarthy does not have the support to win; therefore, the struggle has begun, and Greene is out campaigning vigorously for McCarthy, an established figure.
Biggs, a founding member of the far-right House Freedom Caucus, stated on his Twitter page after declaring his candidacy that the American people “want us to turn the page.”
Biggs recalls when Republican Paul Ryan deceived Trump so horribly that he was unable to advance parts of his pro-American agenda during the first two years of Trump’s administration.
Republicans have been accused of being weak and lacking the intestinal fortitude to stand up to the most ludicrous radical policy movements and attacks on the Republic. Choosing the Speaker – who will set the agenda – is crucial for ever pushing back against the left.
McCarthy has had several opportunities to be the party’s pro-American, focused leader, but he has failed to do so. As a result, McCarthy has earned little support.
Biggs came on the War Room with presenter Steve Bannon before to the vote to explain why he was running for Speaker. He stated that he understands he doesn’t have a chance to win, but that McCarthy doesn’t either. Biggs said that the party should unite behind another candidate, as McCarthy’s candidacy for Speaker of the House in the upcoming term is inadmissible.

The American people are hoping to see a very determined group of representatives conduct investigations into very important matters- and the trust for McCarthy to do that just isn’t there for most- but it is for MTG.
Biggs told Bannon, “do not want excuses or performance art, they want action and results.” McCarthy, he suggested, has so far been unable to deliver on that promise. CONTINUE READING…
