Tuesday, Donald Trump conveyed apprehension regarding the United States’ heightened susceptibility to domestic acts of terrorism, blaming the permeable condition of the Southern border for this heightened risk.
“With the millions of people that Crooked Joe Biden has allowed into the United States through his ridiculous Open Borders Policy, mostly young men, and large numbers of TERRORISTS, the U.S. is more vulnerable from inside terror attacks than at any time in its history, BY FAR! MAGA,” Trump said In a post on the social media platform Truth Social.
President Trump’s statements are in reaction to recent data from the Customs and Border Patrol (CPB) that reveal an unprecedented volume of encounters with individuals attempting to gain unauthorized access to the United States. The data indicates that in particular, approximately 2.5 million people have traversed the border throughout the current fiscal year.
The most substantial figures to date regarding unauthorized border crossings were clandestinely disclosed on Saturday morning.
A cumulative count of 169 individuals suspected of having connections to terrorism was discovered, exceeding the number accumulated from previous years. Despite the existence of an estimated 1.6 million individuals who managed to elude detection, the precise number of individuals who traversed the border undetected is still unknown.
BREAKING: CBP reports Border Patrol arrested 18 people on the FBI’s terror watchlist at the southern border in September, bringing the total for FY’23 to 169, the highest year ever recorded & higher than previous 6 years – combined.

The document furnished by the San Diego Field Office of the Intelligence Division of Customs and Border Protection issues a warning regarding the possible infiltration of terrorist organizations Hamas, PIJ, and Hezbollah into the United States.
The information, which was requested by the Republican leadership of the House Homeland Security Committee, also revealed that the United States Customs and Border Protection (CBP) granted admission to non-refugees in 95% of cases.
NEW: According to DHS documents obtained by the @HomelandGOP, over 95% of the 278,431 individuals who requested a CBP One app appointment between 1/12/23 & 9/30/2023 were paroled/released into the US, including:
16/18 Iranians
32/36 Chinese
229/246 Afghans

Chairman Mark Green (R-TN) issued a statement expressing “Secretary Mayorkas has utterly abused the CBP One app in his quest for open borders.” Chairman Green further asserts that “These numbers are proof that Mayorkas’ operation is a smokescreen for the mass release of individuals into this country who would otherwise have zero claim to be admitted.”
Green further emphasized that “At a time when global tensions are rising, and our enemies are growing bolder, releasing tens of thousands of these people into our communities — especially when they have not received adequate, if any, vetting — is irresponsible.”
Tuesday, Texas Senator Ted Cruz reaffirmed the admonition made by President Trump regarding the possibility of terrorist acts, emphasizing that “this open border is an invitation for terrorists to come.”

Earlier this week, President Trump made a commitment to “keep radical Islamic terrorists the hell out of our country,” also promising that he would “immediately restore and expand the Trump travel ban” and “halt all of the refugee settlements to the United States” on “day one” back in office.
“They want to come in, they want to bring the same people that are shooting rockets at Israel, they want to come into the United States. I don’t think a lot of good things are going to happen,” Trump added, giving his word that “I will implement strong ideological screening of all immigrants. If you hate America, if you want to abolish Israel, if you don’t like our religion — which a lot of them don’t — if you sympathize with jihadists, then we don’t want you in our country and you are not getting in.”
Additionally, in early October, Trump issued a warning regarding the attack on Israel.
The invasion of Israel, in the opinion of Trump, has generated apprehension regarding the imminent prospect of a third global conflict.
Saturday, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, President Trump delivered a statement of caution to his supporters, which coincided with the initiation of Hamas’ military incursion into the United States.
According to Trump’s statement, “We are closer to World War III than we’ve ever been. And I’m the only one that will prevent World War III.”
Further, Trump asserts that a potential conflict of this nature would be extraordinarily lethal, citing significant advancements in armament as evidence.
“That won’t be a war with army tanks going back and forth, too,” Trump warned. “That will be a war with weaponry the likes of which this world has never seen before … I know it. I know it better than anybody.”
The previous administration was met with severe criticism from the former president regarding the leadership of President Joe Biden. He claimed that Biden’s actions, which were both domestic and international in nature, “caused this war with his stupidity” and attributed it to his lack of intelligence. Trump cited additional actions taken by the Biden administration, including voter identification legislation and lenient border regulations, as contributing factors.
Biden has been the target of ongoing allegations concerning his purported involvement in orchestrating the Hamas offensive against Israel.
A number of Republican presidential candidates emphasized the recent release of $6 billion in prohibited Iranian currency over the weekend following the attack; however, this release was conditional on the release of five Americans who were detained in Iran.
The aforementioned candidates claimed that the provision of funds enabled the attack to transpire.
