Tucker Torches Tyrant Justin Trudeau On Fox News

As protesters continue to demonstrate against Trudeau’s vaccine mandates, Tucker Carlson slammed Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau on Monday as a ‘tyrant’ and a ‘tyrant’ who used COVID to silence democracy and end organized Christianity in Canada.

‘There’s no more fearful despot in the world than Justin Trudeau of Canada,’ Tucker Carlson said during his primetime program.

‘Over the span of just a few years, Trudeau has turned a nation long famous for Molson and sled dogs and niceness into a relentlessly punitive surveillance state.’

‘People have long whispered, in dead seriousness, that Justin Trudeau is the biological son of Fidel Castro,’ he continued, likening the progressive politician to the renown Cuban dictator.

‘You could laugh it off, but now it’s becoming pretty easy to believe. Trudeau has used systematically COVID to short circuit democracy in Canada.’

As Tucker reported, tens of thousands of drivers in Ottawa and along the US-Canada border have continued to protest the politicos’ ban on vaccines for Canadian truckers for the fourth straight day.

To stand in solidarity with their brethren in Ottawa who have shut down the nation’s capital, truckers are continuing to block a border crossing into the US at a village in southern Alberta. The “Freedom Convoy” protest has grown every day.

At the time of writing, about 100 commercial trucks remain parked at the busy border crossing as part of a protest against recent COVID-19 health measures put in place by Trudeau’s office, which require that unvaccinated truckers who drive back from the United States take a COVID-19 test and quarantine.

According to the new guidelines, vaccinated Canadian drivers are barred from entering the US until they get the vaccine, while vaccinated American drivers are currently prohibited from entering Canada unless they show proof of vaccination.

American drivers can, however, cross the border to return to the US without undergoing a test and quarantine in the neighbor to the south.

Carlson tore into Trudeau after he held a press conference from an undisclosed location after he revealed he had tested positive for COVID-19 the previous day & fled his home days earlier due to security concerns.

‘Canadians can no longer travel freely within their own country. They can no longer return to their own country at certain parts,’ Carlson said.

‘Pastors have been imprisoned for holding church services,’ he added. ‘The unvaccinated can be sent to jail for buying certain products in stores. In the town of Gatineau, family members were arrested for celebrating New Year’s Eve in their own home.

‘Every large institution in Canada pretends like all of this is perfectly normal, it’s always been this way. Canadian media, which are largely controlled by the government, support these policies and Trudeau uncritically.

‘In Nova Scotia, protests against Justin Trudeau’s vaccine mandates are now banned by law. Rarely has a nation changed this quickly or more unequivocally for the worse.’

Afterward, Tucker shed light on the trucker crisis in the north, chronicling how trucker convoys drove to the capital and along Canada’s border to ‘demand, peacefully, cheerfully but persistently an end to Justin Trudeau’s tyranny.’

Carlson berated Trudeau for fleeing Ottawa amid the protests, wondering when he would return to deal with the crisis.

‘Will he come back? Has he abdicated? Will Canada be ruled by a junta of truckers? Well, not at this point.’

While Trudeau, 50, offered an acknowledgment that he understands the frustrations of Canadians regarding the ongoing pandemic, he said that some of the behavior at the recent protests in the nation’s capital, like the use of swastikas and Confederate flags, is unacceptable.

‘I want to be very clear, we are not intimidated by those who hurl insults and abuse at small business workers, and steal food from the homeless. We won’t give in to those who fly racist flags. We won’t cave to those who engage in vandalism or dishonor the memory of our veterans.’

‘Freedom of expression, assembly, and association are cornerstones of democracy. But Nazi symbolism, racist imagery, and desecration of war memorials are not. It is an insult to memory and truth. Hate can never be the answer.’

The prime minister, then, urged the protesting truckers – and the thousands who supported them – to stop.

‘There is no place in our country for threats, violence or hatred. So for those responsible for this behavior, it needs to stop. To anyone who joined the convoy and was rightly uncomfortable with the symbols of hatred and division on display, join with your fellow Canadians. Be courageous, and speak out. Do not stand for, or with, intolerance and hate.’

According to the protesters, there is no ‘end date’ in sight, and that they plan to stay in the capital ‘for as long as it takes’ until the Canadian government reverses its policy on the vaccine mandates.
