This just in: The Biden White House has been caught in a big lie.
And that’s the news for today. Goodbye.
I suppose it is prudent to inform you of the current situation at hand.
As you are likely aware, the Texas Military Department is preventing U.S. Border Patrol agents from providing assistance to the invaders as part of its effort to halt a portion of the southern border invasion.
And media reported that Texas soldiers kept Border Patrol agents from rescuing people from drowning in the Rio Grande River, or as CBS News phrased it, “The Department of Homeland Security says Texas authorities physically barred Border Patrol agents from trying to rescue drowning migrants.”
In a social media post, Texas Democratic Representative Henry Cuellar detailed the alleged incident, stating that the TMD obstructed the Border Patrol’s efforts to rescue the individuals who were drowning.
“This is a tragedy, and the State [of Texas] bears responsibility,” Cuellar said.

However, the allegations are unfounded, as stated by Greg Abbott, the Republican governor of Texas, who tweeted that Cuellar and the media “forgot to get the facts” regarding the fatalities allegedly caused by the Texas military.
“When [Border Patrol] requested access to river the drowning had already occurred & [victims were] found in [Mexico]” Abbott posted on X, formerly known as Twitter.
Turns out @RepCuellar (& some media) were so eager to point finger at Texas for drowning of migrants they forgot to get the facts.
When BP requested access to river the drownings had already occurred & found in MX.
The fact is the deaths are b/c of Biden's Open Border magnet. https://t.co/MAScagsUXl

“Claims that TMD prevented Border Patrol from saving the lives of drowning migrants are wholly inaccurate,” according to a TMD news release.
On Friday, during direct communication between the Border Patrol and TMD, the Border Patrol requested access to a park that TMD had been denying the Border Patrol entry to in an effort to assist individuals in distress.
“At the time that Border Patrol requested access, the drownings had occurred, Mexican authorities were recovering the bodies,” the news release said.
According to a post by Fox News correspondent Bill Melugin, a U.S. Department of Justice filing against Texas in the U.S. Supreme Court revealed that a woman and two children had perished by 8:00 p.m. on Friday. However, the Border Patrol was not notified of the distressed migrants until an hour later.
Melugin stated that this undermines the White House’s claim that the TMD prevented the Border Patrol from assisting the drowning individuals.
The Biden administration once again pushed a false narrative at the border, now refuted by their own DOJ.

According to the news release, the Border Patrol requested access to the park on Friday out of concern for others who may have been traveling with the at least two drowning victims of which they were already aware.
It came out that the TMD had apprehended two migrants, one of whom required medical attention due to hypothermia.
To ensure no other individuals were in trouble, “TMD remained engaged with lights, night vision goggles, and thermals to ensure that no additional migrants were in the river or in distress.”
In opposition to assertions made by the media, Representative Cuellar, and the Biden administration, the Texas Military Department is diligently striving to preserve lives.
Additionally, to save the border, a task that the federal government declines to undertake.
